Terms of Service

PokeLabs is a catalog. It shows sealed products, graded cards, and handmade arts and crafts that we have available, along with a way to contact us about them. There is no checkout here — nothing is bought or paid for on this site.

• Listings are informational. Prices and quantities can change, and an item may sell before the page is updated.
• Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. A sale only happens once we have agreed the details with you directly.
• We describe condition and grading as accurately as we can. Where a card is graded, the grade shown is the one assigned by the grading company (such as PSA or CGC), not by us.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information when you register, and tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively.

Please do not:

• use the site unlawfully, or to harass or defraud anyone;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• scrape or copy the catalog wholesale for a competing listing service.

PokeLabs is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any of its affiliates. Product names and images are used only to identify the items we have for sale.

The PokeLabs name, logo, and original artwork on this site belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every listing detail is correct at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, PokeLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
