Privacy Policy

We collect an email address if you make an account, and whatever you type into the contact form. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not process payments on this site, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address. If you sign in with Google or Facebook instead, we receive your email address and basic profile information from that provider — never your password.
• Messages you send us. The contact form records the name, email address, and message you submit, so that we can reply.
• Nothing else. There is no checkout on this site, so we never see card or payment details. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.

Only to run the shop: to let you sign in, to keep track of items you save, and to answer the questions you send us. We do not use your details for marketing email unless you separately ask us to.

• Sign-in cookies. When you log in, our authentication provider sets cookies that keep you signed in. The site does not work without these.
• Theme preference. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.
• We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep the list of companies involved as short as we can:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles accounts and sign-in.
• Vercel — hosts and serves this website.
• Google and Meta (Facebook) — only if you choose to sign in with one of them, and only to confirm who you are.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Account details are kept while your account exists. Contact form messages are kept while they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete either and we will.

Email us at ardentwang@pokelabs-tcg.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to these things; we intend to honour such requests regardless of where you are.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal details, contact us and we will remove them.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
